Facility Info
- We are a board-managed, volunteer operated facility
- Board policy states that we must have a representative of the Wainwright Curling Club present for the full duration of every function hosted in the facility
- Normal facility hours:
- Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday) 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday) 8 a.m. – 2 a.m.
- A damage deposit of $200.00 (cash) is required for all functions. This money will be returned in full within a week of the event, if there are no issues derived from the event.
- Set-up and clean-up of the facility is the responsibility of the booking party – these hours will be billed out as part of the overall reservation. If the facility requires professional cleaning, this amount will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- Bringing alcoholic beverages into the facility is not permitted at any time.
- We are a licensed “Class C” Facility in the lounge area only. Minors are allowed in the lounge only if they are accompanied by an individual 18-years or older.
